Mondays & Wednesdays 7:15pm
A small group PT class (max 4 people) at my fully equipped private studio. We'll learn how to deadlift, squat, push, press and much more!
EMPOWER STRONG
Woldingham Scout Hut
Fridays 9:00am
A strength class where we'll work on the key movements including squats, deadlift, presses, and rows. We use studio bars with weights ranging anywhere from 1kg to 20kg.
