My nutrition program is based on the philosophy of "diet not dieting". It is tailored to YOUR goals and requirements, but in a way that is healthy and sustainable.

 

No fasting, cleanses, juicing, or detoxes here!

Initial Assessment

The initial assessment includes a complete review of your current diet, lifestyle and body composition. 

Recipes & Meal Planning

Easy to follow recipes and meal planning. Suggested portion sizes will be tailored to your requirements & lifestyle.

Tracking & Accountability

In-person follow-up sessions to monitor and track your progress. Recipes will be modified and adapted to ensure you progress towards your fitness goals.
