ABOUT ME
Hi! My name is Tamsin.

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.
I'm passionate about exercise and fitness, with a particular focus on strength training.
My goal is to make lifting weights accessible. Strength training shouldn't be intimidating or need an expensive gym membership.

My sessions are fun, inclusive and tailored to your fitness needs and goals.
MY STORY
Whilst I was never particularly "sporty" growing up, I have always really enjoyed exercise. Although "pre kids" I only did cardio - lots of running, a bit of swimming and cycling.
Graduating from university, I worked for several years as a management consultant in the construction and engineering industry.
After having children (twins!) I really began to understand and appreciate the benefit of strength training and the importance of lifting weights.
A career break provided me with the opportunity to retrain as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Class Instructor.
My own fitness journey and experience as a mum (with additional training and qualifications in pre & post natal fitness) has made me passionate about helping women (and men too!) lift weights and enjoy strength training.
